GUJRANWALA: A 10-year-old boy was presented before the medical board under the suspicion of killing four-year-old Zunaira.
The boy, in his statement, said that the little girl died after he threw a brick at her. A case against the suspect has been registered in Dhalla police station on Monday.
The upcoming situation seemed frightening for the boy as he stood there terrified and in handcuffs. The medical board will send test reports to the forensic laboratory after examining the boy.
But does the law permit enforcers to bring a juvenile suspect in court?
